Meister Cross Country Invitational Results The girls varsity cross country team competed at Monroe Central on Saturday, August 24. The temperature was rising rapidly during the morning and it made for difficult racing conditions. Four girls stepped up to the challenge. Sophomore Addison Clark was the team's top runner on the day, finishing in 23rd place with a time of 26:53.5. Three freshmen comprised the rest of Cowan's finishers. Abby Campbell was next in at 30:34.9. Eva Byers finished in 32:53.8. Aubrey Davis clocked in at 33:42.5 The team is scheduled to compete again Wednesday, August 28, at the Pendleton Heights' Arabian Round-up.
