The girls cross country team ran their way to a seventh place finish in the team standings Wednesday evening at Pendleton. Freshman Abby Campbell was Cowan's top runner in 41st place. Junior Candice Matson was close behind in 43rd. Sophomore Addison Clark was next in for the team in 49th place. Freshman Aubrey Davis, Senior Kylee Bergstrom, and freshman Eva Byers completed the team. The girls will be back in action Saturday morning at the Rushville Invitational.
