The cross country team got up early Saturday morning to compete in the Wildcat Classic hosted by Indiana Wesleyan University. Freshman Abby Campbell was Cowan's top finisher, running a 23:56. Junior Candice Matson was next in at 24:30. Sophomore Addison Clark lowered her PR with a time of 24:51.9. Freshman Evers had a monster PR at the meet, cutting nearly two minutes from her previous best as she clocked in with a time of 28:11.5. Freshman Aubrey Davis finished her race in 32:37. (The team members ran in two different races as assigned by meet management, so there is no team score for the girls at this meet.)
