The Blackhawks celebrated their six seniors (Delaney Brinson, Taylor Inman, Danica Keppler, Lily Nettrouer, Allie Trimble, and Raylee Turley) during their "Senior Night" match vs. Union on Wednesday evening. The Blackhawks defeated the Rockets in 3 sets (26-24, 25-16, 25-15). Delaney Brinson had a stellar performance behind the service line with 10 aces. Brinson also led the Blackhawks defensively with 15 digs. Allie Trimble led the offense with 9 kills and 2 blocks, followed by Savannah Hall with 8 kills. Danica Keppler tallied 21 assists for the Blackhawks. Thanks to all those who came out and helped make our "SENIORS" feel special tonight. The junior varsity team also beat Union in 2 sets. Freshman Sydney Quinn was lethal behind the service line serving 17 points for the Blackhawks (12 of those points being aces)! The Blackhawks will travel to Blue River on Saturday to play in the Class "A" Showdown. The Blackhawks will play Wes-Del in their first match of the tourney at 9 am.
