Cowan Jr./Sr. High School

The girls varsity cross country team ran on Huntington University's cross country course Saturday morning in the New Haven Invitational. Cowan had three girls on the starting line at the meet. Freshman Abby Campbell turned in the fastest time for Cowan with a 25:03. Junior Candice Matson was second for the team in 25:54. Senior Kylee Bergstrom ran her season-best time of 30:15. The girls will be racing again next Saturday morning in the Winchester Invitational.
