Cowan Jr./Sr. High School

The boys high school cross country team competed in the Winchester Invitational on Saturday, October 5. The team earned 5th place out of 10 schools that had students participating. Junior Isaac Campbell continued his run of strong meets this season by running a time of 18:05. Campbell finished in 5th place as an individual. Junior Aidan Glenn was the next Blackhawk to cross the line, finishing in 20th place with a time of 19:38.4. Junior Rudy Glaze came in 24th with a time of 20:10.5 Junior Barron Smith crossed the line in 20:56.6 to finish in 37th. Freshman Tyler Garza had a very good race to finish as Cowan's 5th runner. Garza lowered his PR to 21:14.3 with his effort.
