The varsity volleyball played Blue River in their final match of the season Friday evening. The Blackhawks defeated the Vikings in 3 sets (25-20, 25-21, 25-18) to pick up another conference win. Keira Drew led the offense with 12 kills, followed by Savannah Hall with 11 kills. Hall led the Blackhawks in digs with 12 and also had 4 aces. Delaney Brinson added 8 digs for the Blackhawks, and Taylor Inman and Danica Keppler both contributed 7 digs each . Keppler also added 33 assists and 3 aces. Allie Trimble added 3 blocks for the Blackhawks. The junior varsity team fell short to the Vikings in 2 sets in their final match of the season. We look forward to seeing these girls back on the court next season! The Blackhawks will face off against Tri-Central for the first round of sectional play on Tuesday, October 15th. The game will begin at 7pm. Let's go Blackhawks!
