Boys Varsity Basketball opened the season on the road, but fell to a hot shooting Sheridan team 89-47. The Bird variety of Blackhawks didn't miss much and when they did, they grabbed a number of those misses. Our Blackhawks battled hard all night, just needed to play better. Gentry Groves led the way with 12 points & 3 rebounds. Luke Garrett added 10 points, 3 rebounds & 2 assists. Noah Sours chipped in 9 points & 2 assists. Brody Clifford tallied 8 points & 3 assists. Bryce Hahn knocked down 5 points. Lucas Terrell added 3 points & 5 assists and Anthony Cameron grabbed 3 rebounds. Come cheer off your Thanksgiving meal on Saturday night at home vs. Hagerstown.
