Cowan led at halftime but couldn't put the ball in the basket in the second half during a 35-12 loss Tuesday night at Union. Savannah Hall led the Blackhawks with four points, while Madison Norris and Elizabeth Sizemore contributed three points apiece and Alyssa Stevens added a basket. Cowan returns to action Thursday at Hagerstown with the varsity game to follow a 6 p.m. junior varsity start.
