The Varsity Cowan Girl Wrestlers closed out their regular season in triumphant fashion at the 43-team Beech Grove Holiday Girls Wrestling Tournament on Saturday, December 28th. Candice Matson's remarkable 4th place finish was a testament to her skill, while Emma Jones showcased her prowess with a 2-1 record. Liz Horn demonstrated her tenacity with a 1-2 record, and Haylee Vance's unwavering dedication was on full display despite her day being cut short due to injury. The girls will embark on their postseason journey on Friday, January 3rd at the Muncie Fieldhouse, with wrestling commencing at 9:00am.
