The 7th and 8th grade boys basketball teams played Eastern Hancock in the second round of the MEC tourney last night. Both teams were defeated, but they played hard until the end. The 7th grade was led by Gavin Todd with 11 points, Warren Arison contributed 6, Caymon Smith had 4 points, and Steven Gadbury scored 3 . The 8th grade team was led by Jaxson Glenn with 9 points, Landon Young had 7 points, Evan Adams had 6 points, Landon Glenn had 4 points, and Quentin Baker scored 2. The boys play Shenandoah next Wednesday on the road.
