The junior high boys basketball teams traveled to Liberty Christian to take on the Lions on the road. The 7th grade team had some great moments but couldn't get the win. Gavin Todd led the team with 18 points, Caymon Smith had 11 points, Steven Gadbury had 7, and Kaleb Lee had 3. The 8th grade team led a late comeback that fell just short losing the game by a score of 42-36. Jaxson Glenn ended up with 11 points, Landon Glenn had 10 points, Evan Adams had 8, Landon Young had 5, and Chris Campbell had 2. The boys open up the Delaware County Tournament next Tuesday at home against Selma at 5:30 pm.
