The Cowan Varsity Boys Basketball TEAM rallied from 19 points down late in the 3rd quarter to WIN 52-51 vs Randolph Southern Friday Night! A Brody Clifford three pointer with 5.7 seconds left gave us the lead and we got a defensive stop on the Rebels last possession for the win! Brody led the attack with 13 points, 8 rebounds, 3 assists & 2 steals. Gentry Groves helped start the rally with a determinded effort of 11 points (7 of which came in the 4th) & 8 rebounds. Three guys chipped in seven points: Lucas Terrell (+ 4 rebs., 3 assists & 3 steals), Luke Garrett (+ 2 rebs., 2 assists & 2 steals), & Jake Self (+ 2 steals). Noah Sours added 5 clutch points in the fourth quarter to go with 3 rebounds & 3 assists. "Petey" Hahn added 2 points & 1 rebound in key minutes off the bench. Aidan Glenn answered the bell defensively by adding a steal & great defense in the final four minutes of the game. GREAT JOB of working together and a never say die attitude fellas!!!
