The Blackhawks fell to Eastern Hancock last night in a score of 4-1. The Blackhawks played extremely sharp, but could not find a hole on the offensive side. Only 4 team strikeouts! That is baseball sometimes. Gentry Groves was sharp on the mound, throwing 4 innings and striking out 7. Brody Clifford came in for relief and was sharp as well throwing 36 pitches in 3 innings. Jaydon Auker & Brody Clifford had multiple hits on the day! Jake Self picked up his first career Varsity hit and score our lone run. Gentry Groves added the other Blackhawks knock. The Blackhawks are back in action to close out a busy first week with a road game at Tri High School on Friday, 4/11. First pitch will be at 5:30pm
