The Blackhawks were able to get a conference win last night on the road against Randolph Southern to improve to 4-1 overall and 1-1 in MEC play. The strong pitching of the Blackhawks continued last night with a complete game shutout from Gentry Groves. He struck out 9 and walked 1. Luke Garrett had a great night at the plate, tallying 3 hits for the Blackhawks. Cowan is back in action Thursday against a very good Shenandoah team with a 5:00pm start
